The above transit times represent the standard UPS ground shipping transit times. On occassion circumstances beyond our control delay UPS service such as natural disasters, weather, and mechanical breakdowns. Our general policy is to ship all orders received by 2pm CST the same day. On rare occassion your order may be delayed for up to 48 hours. If we anticipate your order not shipping out within 24 hours of receipt we will notify you and provide the estimated shipping date.
